- Project details including type, description, square footage, and timeline
- Files and documents you upload
- QuickBooks Online account data when you connect your account (customer records, estimates)
How We Use Your Information
- To manage customer relationships, leads, and project workflows
- To create and sync customers and estimates with QuickBooks Online
- To send booking emails and project communications
- To generate internal notifications and reports
QuickBooks Online Integration
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access your accounting data solely to create and manage customers and estimates on your behalf. We store OAuth tokens securely and do not share your QuickBooks data with third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., Intuit/QuickBooks for accounting integration, transactional email providers).
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
