End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Pete’s Panels business management application (“Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License Grant

Pete’s Panels grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for your internal business operations.

Permitted Use

The Application is intended for managing customer relationships, project workflows, estimates, and related business operations for Pete’s Panels and its authorized users.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Third-Party Integrations

The Application integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online and Calendly. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party’s terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Application. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer records, or uploaded files.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pete’s Panels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
